can any one answer these requirements

1. can we associate offset tax type tax codes to "PARTIALLY" recoverable sales type tax codes or user - defined type tax codes

this is because since offset tax type tax codes are 100% recoverable .............so is there any condition that when we associate these offset tax type tax codes to "sales type tax codes or user - defined type tax codes " that those "sales type tax codes or user - defined type tax codes " must be fully non-recoverable

if suppose those "sales type tax codes or user - defined type tax codes
" are partially recoverable can i associate offset tax type tax codes to them...........here if your answer yes we can associate then the net effect will be those "sales type tax codes or user - defined type tax codes " will become fully recoverable......and the net effect of tax distributions would be nill

2. if suppose i paid prepayment whose type is : "permeanent" of Rs.1000/-
supplier keeps this as security deposit and return when we pay invoice but will not allow to adust this againt invoice..........after paying the invoice then the supplier has returned that deposit Rs.1000/- .........now to account this in AP.........i need accounting entries

3. in AP pdf manuals regarding what we can enter and what we can not enter through Quick invoice window was very contradictory.....can any one clarify about what we can enter and what we can not enter through Quick invoice window...............pls do not cut and paste some text from oracle pdf user manuals ..........since i have already read them iam not interested in that stuff............i need your own analysis of members in general terms
