Your log on session is no longer valid

Dear All,

We have been facing a critical problem now a days . Our 11i Application Log on session logout in 15 minutes.
See also Attach file for detail problem.
Any one have suggestion on this topic please tell us.

Check "ICX:Session Timeout" profile value at Site Level

its Value set as ICX:Session Timeout= 30

Check following profile options

<b>ICX: Limit time</b>
This profile defines the maximum connection time for a connection ? regardless of user activity. If 'ICX:Session Timeout' is set to NULL, then the session will last only as long as 'ICX: Limit Time', regardless of user activity.

<b>ICX: Limit connect</b>
This profile defines the maximum number of hits (each request by the browser for a new HTML page constitutes a hit) that a user may make in a single session

Then Check the following settings in .env file

<b>FORMS60_TIMEOUT</b>
this sid.env is in APPL_TOP

Again Thaks.

I have checked that parameter and its results are.

ICX:Session Timeout =30
ICX:Limit Time=4
ICX:Limit Connection=1000
and
PROD.env Paramter FORMS60_timeout=5

as per screen shot attached this error cause by ICX profile option but with these configuration recommended by oracle

? ICX: Session Timeout = 30
? ICX:Limit Time = <b>12 </b>
? ICX:Limit connect = <b>2000</b>
? FORMS60_TIMEOUT = <b>60</b>

If for 11.5.9 check for the following Patches and make sure they are applied:
Patch - 2999849 Fix for Javascript error on IE with ICX:Session Timeout Window
Patch - 3102240 New Personal Home Page opened when re-establishing ICX session
Patch - 3251742 "ICX Session Timeout and login results in forward to incorrect home page.
