Solution Design/ To be process flow diagram - Fin

Hi ,

I would like to have an understanding of how the solution design / to-be document & process flow is written.

Can you please send some sample documents (not templates) with real content so we get an understanding how the business scenario is mapped into the document.

Note : The company/client name if sensitive can be replaced with 'abc' in the document . But kindly forward the document.
