Currency Precision - To appear in Sale Order line

This issue in version 11.5.10.2.
The Price list is allowing to give Currency Precision maximum of -2, that means after decimal, 2 digits are allowed (99.99). But the requirement is four digits after decimal(99.9999).

By changing GL Extended Currency Precision to 4 and the profile option 'Unit Precision type' changing to Extended, price list allowed to change the Currency Precision maximum -4 ( 99.9999).

Now my issue is 'What will be implications of this GL Currency Precision change?'.

Please guide me.
