Dear Alruwaished,

Oracle Creates Element set to:
1) Use it as a parameter in Running Oracle Payroll and thus you can run payroll for some elements (not all of them)
2) Use it In Time and Labor to generate Alternate Name Definitions and map them to Payroll Elements.
