11.5.8 public sector documentation!

HI ALL,
i would appreciate if anyone of us would send me the documentation regarding the 11.5.8 public sector ap, ar, gl, cm. iexpense, ipayment. i tried on metalink but iam unable to find the
documentation as its corruped and also the documentation on the oracle website does not give u details on 11.5.8 .
