Purge Obsolete Workflow Runtime Data

Dear All,

I m executing concurrent program "Purge Obsolete Workflow Runtime Data" to purge the workflow data but this program is not purging the records WHERE RECIPIENT_ROLE ='SYSADMIN' . Also plz guide me about the parameters present in this program .
