Hello,

As per me Procurement would mean buying goods after screening of the request and after the approval process is completed.

Purchasing would mean simply buying the products or goods after approval

Buying would mean buying the goods that you need, which does not really need approval

Shopping would mean buying goods for your own need and leisure.
