Reports in R12

Hi,

I have list of reports where the reports ends with "No Data" but actually we have the data. please provide your inputs how to make them work.

Payables
1 Posting on hold
2 Payment register report
3 Publish Actual Payments


EBTax
1 Use Tax Liability Report
2 U.S. Sales Tax Report
