How to take hot back of Oracle Application 11.5.10

Dear all,

Is there anybody to tell me, how to take hot backup of Oracle EBS Application 11.5.10.2 ?
Or
Is there any third party tool for using to take the hot backup ?

My environment is Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition.

Your urgent response will be highly appreciated.
