Creation Recurring Invoices in AP

Hai,

Our client wants recurring invoices. They need to be created in the following situations
1.We donot have PO module
2.In Invoice distribution they want statistical quantity against the code combination ( Unit of Measurement is difined for those accounts in GL)
3.If we follow distributionset at distribution origin in Recurring Invoices Staistical value is not possible at invoice .
4. To give PO Num at distribution origin in Recurring Invoices we don't have PO Module
5. The statistical quantity is required in Statical Quantity column of Invoice distribution not at DFF level


Please suggest me
