how to learn GL from A to Z

Dear all,
I'm oracle developer,I didn't work on any financials system before, and I wd like to work in GL & AP & AR system, so cod you plz brother help me and give me your advice from where shoud I starte and what should I read before and if there is any usfel link or document or plan to state learning this business I need to learn the business before know any thing about EBS.
