Receivables - Balancing Segment

Hi,

I have a requirement whereby I need to copy the balancing segment from the Revenue line onto the Receivables line in AR.

Now I have partially achieved this functionality using some SLA concepts like Business Flow. However I am facing a queer situation here. The Receivables line is also getting split.

Now what I have heard is that there might be issues if we split the Receivables line. Is this true? And what can be the repercussions going ahead?

Any knowledge shared will of great help.
