Creating Employee in R12 Purchasing

Hello,

We are in the process of upgrading from 11.5.9 to 12.0.6. We do not have HRMS. We usually define Employee in Purchasing in 11.5.9. In R12 i do not see an option to create employee in Purchasing Super User responsibility. So how do i define employee in R12 if we do not have HRMS ?

I have also tried assigning US HRMS Manager to my id and interestingly when i went to that responsibility i do not see enetr person option under People. Any kind of help is greatly appreciated.

it is possible using the purchasing responsibility. follow the navigation givn below
setup>personnel>employee.
