Assign Security Profile

I am using R12 HRMS, and when I am opening the menu security --> Assign Security Profile --> the error message is coming

You can not use this form when using Standard HRMS security.


Kindly tell me which option can heal this

Verify your profile option HR: User type select HR with Payroll option.

It is already done but instead this message is still !

You can only assign security profile using system admin responsibility through profile options as it is part of Sys Admin not HR.

Because there are two security model in HRMS
1) Standard HRMS Security
2) Security Group model

you are using model 1 and this form is available only in 2nd model

Dear ssalipk,

As varun940 said, you can only use one of the two HRMS Security Models. Usually, the Standard model is used.

The other model uses multiple security groups where there is profile options and processes that have to be run to make it effective.
