Hi All,
We have certain requirement in PO module, We are applying a contract template on to the PO to create a contract.
The detail steps are as follows:
1) Search for an Approved PO .
2)Click on Terms button.
3) It opens Terms and Conditions Form.
4) In there click Author Contract Terms button(since the PO is in Approved status , it is creating a new revision)
We dont want this to happen, any change in the Contract terms should not make a change in the PO status, the PO should remain Approved only.
Is there a setup or a change in a worflow required to keep the PO status Approved.
