What is the use of Multi-Organization Setup Validation Report?

and also

<b>Profile Option Errors and Warnings</b>
Violation: Not all responsibilities in current operating unit have the same option value
For <b>Profile Option</b>: HR:Business Group
It is Showing General Ledger and HRMS. Profile Option Value is showing No.
