WEB ADI Letters for Male & Female Employees?

Hi,
I want to print letters for our both male & females employees but I am struggling to develop one letter for both so incase if is male then HE should be used and for female it should change to SHE automatically. Thanks

simply use PL / SQL in formula field apply tht formula where u want to use He/SHE

Hi mahrukh,

For generating web adi letters u can refer to DOC ID 360105.1. you can get this document from metalink. While creating a view for any WEB ADI Letter u can handle it from the view u have created. Hope it helps.
