1) When mapping between client business functionality and oracle apps fuctionality, what critical sitvations you find?

This is highly a 'generic' question. If we are not able to map any the client requirements (for example, landed cost functionality before R12.1.1) with oracle apps, you are in a critical situation. It is up to the individuals to take it forward. It again depends on the severity of the requirement.
