PO lines are missing in PO

I have created a PO with 6 lines. I have ammended the PO also.

But the problem is I can see the PO lines in PO Summary but when I am opening the original PO I can see only one line. None of the lines of the PO has been cancelled.

What might be the problem !

Pls. help me to solve this problem.
