No write access to reporting curency/segment

No write access to reporting curency/segment

i created Data access set , and i assigned to responsibilty.After that i created FSG ,Summary a/c and posting.
I am getting the similar error in request output.

Error: No write access to reporting curency/segment

Can u tell me how to troubleshoot this error.
