Ex-Employees Login should disable?

Hi Friends,
What you say in R12/11i if an employee is terminated in HRMS and he/she is assigned to user so once terminated the login of that employee should also inactive/end dated?

Suggestions and opinions are welcome....

Yes it should be de-activated if an employee is terminated/resigned, and this is a practice used in customized softwares.
