Thanks for the Prompt reply, Infact in my current client company they wants to implement Performance Managment System as well as Compensation workbench..

So we are implementing PMS and Compensation work bench. we need to collect the requires from the client. So we are looking for the questionnaire to collect the requirements from the client ..

If you have any documents regarding PMS and Compensation Work Bench can you pls forward it to me ..

It will be great helpful for me ..
