Cash Managemnt Setup Issue

Cash Managemnt Setup Issue

Dear All,

I am doing the setup in R 12.0.4.
While I am opening the System Parameter window in Cash Management getting error ORA-01403.
AN UNEXPECTED ERROR -6508 HAS OCCURRED. an alert has been sent to system administrator.ORA - 01403: NO DATA FOUND.
Please help me
