Sister concerned merged in to Main Group

Hi friends,

The scenario is like this.

We have 2 companies say Company A and Compnay B. A is main company and B is sister company(Separate legal Entity). Recently B company merged in to A and since nature of business is same (Building materials) now we are treating B Company as one of our divisions (Operating Units).

Already B Company was using separate COA. Henceforth we have to maintain B company transactions also in A Company COA.

Kindly give your solutions/suggestions.
