Seeking Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Expert to Elevate Our HR Capabilities

Join our dynamic team as an Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Expert and propel our Human Resources capabilities to new heights. We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual who can harness the power of Oracle HCM Cloud to streamline our HR processes, enhance employee engagement, and drive our HR transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Implement, customize, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
• Integrate Oracle HCM Cloud solutions with other business systems.
• Develop and oversee effective data migration strategies.
• Provide technical support and training to HR teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud features and updates.
Required Skills and Expertise:
1. Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC): Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud for integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with other Oracle and non-Oracle applications.
2. HCM Data Loader (HDL): Proficiency in using HDL to bulk-load data from any source to Oracle HCM Cloud.
3. Groovy Scripting: Knowledge of Groovy scripting is beneficial for customizing and extending Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities.
4. BI Publisher: Skills in BI Publisher for creating sophisticated reports and documents.
5. OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence): Proficiency in using OTBI for real-time operational reporting.
6. Fast Formula: Expertise in writing Fast Formulas to customize calculations in various modules of Oracle HCM Cloud.
7. Web Services and APIs: Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for integration with other systems.
8. HCM Extracts: Ability to create, configure, and manage HCM Extracts for generating complex reports or outbound integrations.
9. Workflow and Approvals Management: Understanding of the workflow and approvals setup and configuration.
10. Security Configuration: Ability to configure HCM security roles and privileges.
11. SQL and PL/SQL: Strong SQL skills for complex query writing and understanding PL/SQL for procedural logic.
12. Change Management and Testing: Skills in managing changes through environments and conducting comprehensive testing to ensure functionality.
13. Oracle HCM Cloud Modules: Deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Global Human Resources, Payroll, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, and Workforce Management.
14. Performance Tuning: Ability to optimize system performance by identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions.
15. Documentation and Training: Proficient in documenting processes and training end-users and technical teams.
16. APEX and VBCS development.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HR Management, or related field.
• Oracle Cloud Certification is highly desirable.
