ORDS was unable to make a connection to the database. ORDS is not able to proxy to the target user because that user is locked. The connection pool named: |ocid1.autonomousdatabase.oc1.ap-singapore-1.anzwsljrlyho3maabqiziwev3vw2bcrqwsilatu6o76vmnyvj7gmzqzez5ra|re| had the following error(s): ORA-28000: The account is locked; login denied. https://docs.oracle.com/error-help/db/ora-28000/
You might get this error when you try to open Oracle APEX after not using it for some time or it settings etc. Now first attempt will be to login to cloud and open database page to open Database Actions SQL, Database Users but same error,
next step will be to go to Developer Services to open Launch Database Actions but again same error as account is locked so all options will give same error.
So what to do now?
Open Autonomous databases page and select your database. Then More Actions and Administrator Password so it will prompt just enter new password twice and submit now you are good to open your Oracle APEX.
