Hi,
Check the below Profile in your Instance.
MO: Operating Unit
If the above Profile sets any Value it is Mutli-Org.

Hai Friends,
We can Identify MultiOrg is Installed or not from back end tables.
Check <font color="blue">MULTI_ORG_FLAG </font id="blue"> status in the table <font color="blue">FND_PRODUCT_GROUPS</font id="blue">.
If YES,Multi Org is installed
If No ,Multi Org was not installed.
