Post by madhur »

While trying to enter leave details for a certain employee in Global HRMS Manager the following error is coming
<b>"No time periods exist for this payroll currently"</b>
Can you please tell me how to enter time periods for the payroll and also how do i know what is the payroll for the employee chosen??[?]

Time periods are defined against the Payroll. The payroll an employee is attached to is on the employee's assignment.

Dear Madhur,

In the payroll defination screen you need to enter the, 'no of yrs' for which the payroll will be available for processing. depending upon these dates the payroll periods are generated automatically by oracle, and you can see all the vaild periods in when you click the vaild period tab at the bottom left of you payroll defn screen. Check if the cuurent period you are trying to assign to this employee is a vaild payroll period, if yes then check the duration for which the pyroll is defined.

even if you face difficulty in this ...just leave a msg..

Regards
Sayed
