error in when submit the request

This is an err conditiion.There are one or more manager defined that
like that

This is an error will be show in my PC plz tell me that how error handle

Hi,

In that case plse check your FNDLIBR process is running or not. IF not then start your concurrent manager. If possile take a bounce of application and check Is FNDLIBR process is still running. Cancel this FNDLIBR process. and again start ur application server.

Please Go to System Adminstrator and Go to Cuncurrent->Manager->Administer and see there if the status of manager is "Inactive" then Please Activate it.
