AR FORMS NOT OPENING

Dear Gurus,

We are having Oracle Finanacial Implementtion and during the implementation phase whenever we try to open the AR forms, we have the following error:

PL/SQL Numeric or value error

even the forms doesn't open ,the AR implemtation has not started so far and the consultant was trying to start the implemtation when the error came back, please help me on this..

Sorry forgot to mention we are working on Release 12....
