Hi niletra

Please check your request group in the responsibility form which you have the Payable resp. & compare with the Default resp. for Payable module (Payable Manager) may be the request group is different & you can change it.

Thanks

U can't attach two request group to one responsibility...so better to add jai_% reports in all reports and these will be available to submit.

thanks,
Aman

The Basic concept is one responsibility can have only one application, request set , menu.

In this kind of situation make custom request groups and add all the required programs and reports in that request group and attach to your responsibility . This is again related to the requirement of mapping Job Roles and responsibilities of your organization.
