Expense item

Hi,
How i can use expense item in subinventory.
As i know whenever we receive expense item subinv list value disable. Subinv list of value is only available if item is inventory item.
If i am wrong please also correct me

Hi,

You can use Subinventory Expense, that is a type of subinventory to allocate Item Expenses.

Or You can define Inventory Expense Items that is diferent to Expense Items.

Hi ehsan,

Here there is a list of items you can use on Oracle Inventory

A - Expense Items
B - Inventory Expense Items
C - Inventory Asset Items

A - These items have attributes checked
Purchasable
Purchased

B - These tems have the following attributes checked
a - inventory item = YES
b - stockable
c - transactable
d - Inventory Asset Value = NO
e - Costing Enabled = No

C - These items have the following attributes checked
a - inventory item = YES
b - stockable.
c - transactable
d - Inventory Asset Value = YES
e - Costing Enabled = YES

Inventory Expense have a behavior similar to item expense, and you can see this after receiving on On Hand option.
