How to fetch data from _V view in R12

I am using <b>ap_view_prepays_v</b> view in report and also set org-id using below code in Before & After Report trigger.
<b>Before Report Trigger</b>
SRW.USER_EXIT('FND SRWINIT');
mo_global.set_policy_context('S',:P_ORGID);
<b>After Report Trigger</b>
SRW.USER_EXIT('FND SRWEXIT')
Some time data from above view are displaying and some time are not displaying , when i run report in design mode it running fine any time .
Plz help me how to resolve this issue .
