6. System Administrator

2 HR Manager EMPLOYEE Creation

3 Receivables Manager 1. Defining Collectors
2. Customers - Create Account Profile,
Profile Amounts, Contact Details and Primary Role as Dunning

4 CRM Resource Manager 1. Dunning Group
2. Resource Import
3. Role Assignment and
4. Assignment of Resource to Group



5 XML Publisher Administrator Template Creation using Application (Collections) and Data Definition (Collection XML Data Source.

6 Collections Administrator 1. Manage Template Query - Assigning Queries to Template at all Query Levels Like
A. Account
B. Bill to
C. Customer and
D. Delinquency
2. Setup Check List
A. Collections Setup -> Operations Setup
B. Collections Method Setup
-> Create Scoring Component
-> create Scoring Engine
-> Create Dunning Plan

once done with setup part run concurrent requests

Steps for Generating Dunning Letters.
Steps for generating dunning letters for a customer
1) Create a dunning letter set :(receivable resp->setup->print)
2) Create a customer profile and attached the Dunning letter set
3) Create a customer and attached the above created customer profile class
4) Defining Dunning letters if do not want to use standard Letters and sample output
5) Generate Dunning Letters
