Restricting Entry of values in Grade Window

Dear All,
I have a requirement. I have catured minimum grade values for all grades in Globals window. When i enter a grade value in Grade Rate window lower than the value in Globals.. i need a warning/Error message. Anyone is there to help to achieve this? Thanks in Advance.
