Checking recommendations after Case folder closure

Hi,
If a credit analyst submits the recommendations and case folder gets closed in Oracle Credit Management, can we see the recommendations made by him later on.
If i open the case folder, there is no option to see the recommendations made by the analyst. Where can i see the recommendations made???
Please Help.....
