SSHR (Personalization- Read only-Segment)

Dear Experts,
Can you let me know how to personalize .. I wanted employees only to read segment. They should not make any changes. Can you let me know how to do that. I have attached Screen Shot. I would really appreciate on this.
FYI--I am not able to attach the screen shot. Isuue is below
