Questions and wish to take advantage of your exper

I'm currently studying courses erp Oracle financial systems consultant R12 and I have some questions
1 - Is it the oracle difficult exam?
2 - Do you have exams from previous models 2012 or 2011 for the benefit of
3 - do you advise in the development of my skills and obtain a certificate of Oracle technical consultant? Especially given that the Oracle ERP system will be applied in my job
4 - Do you have ideas to develop myself in the system note that I have experience in accounting 7 years
