Unable to Assign all report sets - FSG Publication Form (Customization) when we using Windows 8, IE

Dear Experts,
In Windows 8 Internet Explorer, when we assign report sets on FSG Publication form (Customized Form) so its not assign all report sets which is 15 report sets but when we use mozilla Firefox so its can easily assign all report sets.
So what the issue on windows 8 IE????
But when we use in windows 7 IE & Mozilla browser then its working fine on both browsers ....
Can someone help me in this regards,
