FSG - untill whole day not completed

We are facing a unique issue in my client, when other users run the report set (16 Report Set) so its execution was normal & successfully complete but when user name "Ubaid.Abdurrazzaq" run the same report set (16 Report set) so its not complete until after spending whole day, its still showed pending status.
What was the issue with user Abdul.Razaqaq's ID although both users having same responsibilities ....
Kindly provide solution as your earliest .....
