Buyers receive the following email notification when they approve P.O.'s
Subject: PDF Document Generation Failure - Standard Purchase Order 454544
Oracle Workflow Notification (FYI)

The system could not generate and/or communicate at least one of the documents to the supplier or the approver. Please contact the system administrator.
