i have defined budget organisation and have made budget too but after defining all its order and account range even then at the time of entering budget it came up 0 entry in the list of values
any body who have got any doc or solution it plz reply

<font color="blue"></font id="blue">Mr Khan u need to run 'Maintain Process' given in 'Define Budget Organization' window to automatically generate/update accounts from account combination window...or u can also manually enter account combinations by using account assignment window at the time of defining account ranges.<font color="blue"></font id="blue">

1.Navigate to the Enter Budget Amounts form.
Navigate, Budgets, Enter, Amounts.
If the Budget Org. was password protected upon its definition, you will be prompted for a password.
2.Specify the Budget Organization for the accounts to which you want to budget. Click on List of Values Budget Organization: ERPSTUFF
SAMPLE ORGANIZATION ORG (ERPSTUFF = Unique Identifier)
3.Enter the Budget for the amounts you are entering.
Tab over Budget --> Click on List of Values
Budget: ERPSTUFF Sample Budget
*** You cannot enter amounts for a budget that is frozen.
4.Enter the range of Accounting Periods to which you want to budget.
Tab over Accounting Periods --> Accounting Periods From: Jan-04 To: Dec-04
5.Enter the Currency of the budget amounts you are entering.
Tab over Currency --> Currency: USD/PKR
6.Choose Single Row Mode from the poplist to review and enter budget information for one account at a time.
Use the down arrow, select Single Row Mode
Single Row Mode allows you to view a single account with budget balances for each period as well as totals. Worksheet Mode allows yuou to view several accounts and their budget balances at once.
7.Place your cursor in the Account Zone, then Press F8 or Query/Run, to display the existing Accounting Flexfield.
Press F8 or Query/Run (brings up 1st flexfield combination option Account (flexfield combination code)01.130.7410.000.000
NOTE: The account selected must have a balance type of ?Entered? (versus ?Calculated?) as defined in the budget Organizations.
8.Enter budget amounts for periods in the designated range, or use budget rules to calculate and distribute budget amounts for all periods. Tab over to periods -->The Budget Rules option, allows you to repeat amounts from a previous period, divide a full yr amount by the periods, and do other basic input calculations. Select from the pick list for other options.
9.Choose Post to submit a concurrent request that updates your account budget balances.Click on Post and Post: Yes
Pop up Window appears: Do you want to initiate posting?
Click: Yes
This is not posting of JEs, but an updating of budget amounts
10.VALIDATE THE ENTRY: Perform budget inquiry
Navigate, Inquiry, Account
Select accounting period:
Jan-04 to Dec-04
Select the Currency
Select the Currency Type
Select primary balance type:
Budget Budget: ERPSTUFF : Sample Budget
Click on Accounts to display find window: Enter the Accounts
Press ?Show Balances? button
Navigate, Budgets, Enter, Amounts.
