hi,

Interface is nothing but transferring of data from legacy system yo oracle and vice versa.

While api is nothing but application programming interface i.e. it is a program by which the data is transfeered

need to ask about connection to db to transfer the data and if that need license to db
and if i need to make another user not apps is to create this user need license
