HOW TO MAKE SURE FORMS SESSION GO THROUGH LOAD BAL

Our network team monitors Oracle Application traffic and said that once launching Forms session, those sessions would directly talk to client PC, instead of go through load balancer. In this way, they cannot use load balancer to compress and cache information. Is there any documentation available on how to make sure Forms sessions would always go through load balancer?
