Use the R12 ar golden tax get errror.

After submitting the receivables transfer to golden tax adaptor.the log file get error:
VAT registration is not available for this tax line.
The entire invoice is not transferred. Please review and correct the set up for tax rule `Determine Tax Registration` and run this transfer again.
