how to Import Blanket releases to oracle?

Hi,
I am working on PO Conversion.My Client want to import Standard Purchase Orders,Blanket Purchase Agreements and Blanket Releases.
But now I am able to import only the Standard Purchase Orders and Blanket agreements. But i am not able to import the Blanket Releases.So i am requesting you that please give me your suggestions on how to import the Blanket Releases.
IS there any other API or Program to import Blanket Releases
