Hi
The profiles mentioned by you are the minimum required.
The other Profile Modules which are required will have default values and it is very difficult to remember each and every Profile in every Module.
So while doing set up for any Module check the user Guide of that module which provides the details of mandatory Profiles that need to be set up for each module and the optional Profiles with some Default values set at site, application responsibility level which can be changed according to your choice.
When you are facing any issue and it is not available in the set up of that module through system options or the controlling set up forms you can find them it is coming from the Profiles. Basically it is the controlling feature applicable for the user, Responsbility, Application or site.
I will tell you a Practical example with a client I had
I found client is transferring third party data to GL and the concurrent
request is scheduled in one User name and he is transferring the report output to other users reporting to him by E-mail. If there are any Data Error, he will contact DBA to check and load it again.
The funniest part is when the user is on vacation he shares the login / password to other users and they login and take the output file.
I asked them why you are doing like this and why can't other users query with user name with which the Concurrent request is scheduled and take the output from there. Then they showed me they are unable to see the concurrent request output scheduled in his name.
I aksed them how long you are facing this issue. They have been doing this for 2-1/2 years
I was shocked and tried on my own and checked with friends in DBA and AOL and could not find anything initially. The DBA and technical consultant told the users there is no way you can view the output of scheduled concurrent request with one person name with another user account which the user community believed as true.
I had strong feeling this should be possible. Then I checked all Profiles and found in one hour there is a Profile called
Concurrent:Report Access Level need to be set as Responsibility level for all users will solve the issue and tested it out and rolled it out and got excellent feedback from the Finance head.
2-1/2 Years issue solved in one hour if we use our brain logically.
So Do not try to remember or memorise where you need to use
your logic and brain in these type of issues
Moral of the Story is Scientist Albert Einstein never used to remember the Phone numbers of his friends because it is available in Diary and used to say things which is readily available do not memorise and
try to keep in your memory which is not available.
Hope this helps and sorry for a lengthy mail

Hi
I gave you the options in my previous mail.
a) check in User Guide of each Module and it has the Profile Options for Each Module a separate section and gives a chart with Mandatory and Optional. Otherwise it will be in the set up section of each Module in UG.
b) You have not mentioned, you are using which version of the application. If you are in 11.5.10 and above, there are Diagnostic scripts available for each Module and it provides a complete set up details including the Profile options to be set up at what level (site, application, responsibility and user level). This do not require backend database access to run the scripts and can be run from application itself.
