From Oracle Apps QA / Dev Role to Consultant Role

I am working as Oracle Apps QA Engineer in a company. I am a B.Tech. I have passed the First Exam of Oracle Financial Consultant suite and am working on the AP exam.
I want to know the knowledge (apart from the Oracle Apps knowledge) that one would need to accumulate to become Oracle Financials Functional Consultant or Oracle Financials Techno-Functional Consultant.
