Hostname on Vision Installation

I'm setting up Oracle Apps 11.5.10 on RHEL 4. What hostname do I use to make the installation work? On the 'Administration Guide' screenshot, it is 'vision.erpstuff.com'. Should this be a valid/existing URL?

Hi
You need to use this format check in your server DNS entries.
<computer_name>.<domain_name>.com
If DNS is not been setup up yet you need configure it. Make sure you can ping to your above address without any error.
In windows XP click right mouse on My Computer->Computer Name-> Change-> <yourcomputername>
->Member of Domain <domain_name>
